mpFaktura (and mpFirma) by Binsoft is one of the few native invoicing programs for the Mac, and it runs on Windows too: invoices with KSeF, a warehouse and orders, with your data on your own computer, like Komplet. If you sell goods and need stock and orders, mpFaktura is built for that. Komplet is for the paperwork around the month: it reads your cost documents and bank statements, matches payments and prepares everything for your accountant. Neither keeps the books.

Using both
Yes. Sell and invoice in mpFaktura, and let Komplet gather your costs, receipts and statements and match the payments; with Connect it also brings in the invoices you sent to KSeF. Your accountant gets the month as organised folders with readable names, a summary (CSV and PDF) and a ZIP. There is no direct link between the programs.
