No. Komplet works on its own, and that part is free. The connectors are only for people who already keep their books in one of those services. How it works on your own.
My accountant uses different software. Does that matter?
No. “Prepare for my accountant” makes ordinary files: every document as a PDF under a readable name, the bank statements, and a summary as PDF and as a spreadsheet. Any accountant can open them, on paper or in any program.
Can I start on my own and connect inFakt later?
Yes. Add your inFakt key in Settings when you are ready. Komplet recognises the same company by its NIP, and everything already filed stays where it is.
What does a connector cost?
Connectors are part of Connect, 29 zł a month, VAT included, with KSeF. Your inFakt or wFirma subscription is separate and paid to them. Stop Connect any time: your documents stay in your folders. See pricing.
Is Komplet made by inFakt or wFirma?
No. Komplet is an independent app. It talks to inFakt through inFakt’s public API, with the key you create in your own inFakt account.
