Built by someone who got tired of the hunt.
Komplet is a free Mac app that keeps a small business’s paperwork in order, month by month. It exists because its founder spent the end of every month looking for invoices.

How it started
It started with the end of the month.
Komplet was built by a founder who runs a small business in Poland as an EU citizen. Every month ended the same way: invoices spread across email, downloads and supplier websites, receipts on a phone, a bank statement full of payments to explain, and rules written in Polish.
Accountants and accounting apps take over once the documents are in order. Getting them in order was still the founder’s job, every single month.
So Komplet does that part. It reads each document on your Mac, files it into the right month of your own folders, checks it against your bank statement and tells you what is still missing. Then it puts the month together for whoever does your accounts: an accountant, an accounting app, or you.
Plenty of people who run a business in Poland did not grow up here. That is why Komplet works in English as well as Polish, and why we write guides that explain the Polish rules in plain English.

Your documents stay in your folders
Komplet files into folders you choose, under names you can read without the app. Stop using it tomorrow and every file is still there, in order.
No accounting software needed
The free app is complete on its own. Connecting KSeF and inFakt, and later wFirma, is an extra for people who want it, never a requirement.
Honest about what it does not do
Komplet is not accounting software, and we say so wherever it matters. Anything not built yet is marked “coming soon”, never shown as ready.

- Files each one into your folders by year and month, under a readable name
- Reads the folders of documents you already have
- Puts a month’s payments and documents in one list, with a preview
- Reads PDF statements from any bank and pairs each payment with its document
- Groups your tax and ZUS transfers by tax and period, with deadlines that skip Polish holidays
- Ranks your suppliers by what you spent over twelve months, in złoty
- Prepares the month for your accountant: a folder and a ZIP with a summary
Not what it is for
What Komplet does not do
- Keep your books or calculate your tax
- File tax returns or pay taxes for you
- Send anything to KSeF by itself
- Log in to your bank
- Run on Windows, on the web or on a phone
Connect, at 29 zł a month, VAT included, adds KSeF and the inFakt connection, with wFirma and more automation coming. Nothing in the free app depends on it.
Made in Poland, independently
Komplet is made in Warsaw by DynamicDigital sp. z o.o., a small independent company. Managing your paperwork is free; it earns its keep through Connect, for people who want it to connect to KSeF and their accounting platform, not through your data: there is no Komplet server to keep it on.
