Common questions
Where are my documents kept?
In your own folders: on your Mac, in iCloud Drive or in Google Drive, by year and month, under names you can read. Komplet has no server that receives your documents. If you stop using Komplet, the files stay exactly where they are.
Which Macs does Komplet work on?
Komplet is a Mac app from the Mac App Store. There is no Windows, Linux, web or phone version.
Komplet read a document wrongly. What do I do?
Correct the field in the Inbox before you file the document; Komplet remembers your corrections for that supplier. If it keeps happening with one kind of document, send us an example through the form below (remove anything private first) and we will improve the reading.
My bank statement is not read. Can you help?
Yes. First check that the account is added in Settings → Bank accounts: a statement is only read for an account you have added. If it still does not work, tell us your bank and the statement format through the form below.
How do I connect KSeF?
You need a KSeF token from the Ministry of Finance’s taxpayer app, with the right permissions. The steps are on the KSeF page.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Komplet keeps your data on your Mac and in your own iCloud, so you delete it there. If you wrote to us or signed up for launch news, write to hello@komplet.app and we delete your email and messages.
