The guides are not advice

Our guides and articles explain Polish business rules in plain words: JDG, sp. z o.o., ZUS, VAT, KSeF and the rest. We check every figure and date against official sources, and each article says when we last did. They are still general information, not tax or legal advice for your situation.

Polish rules change often. When an article and an official page disagree, the official page wins. For a decision that matters, ask an accountant, a lawyer or your tax office. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will correct it.

What the app is, and is not

Komplet gets your documents in order: it reads them, files them into your folders by month, pairs them with your bank payments and prepares the month for your accountant. It is not accounting software. It does not keep your books, file tax returns, pay taxes, send anything to KSeF by itself or connect to your bank.

The figures Komplet reads from a document, the exchange rates it shows and the deadlines on Home are there to help you check your paperwork. Your records, returns and payments remain your responsibility, or your accountant’s.

Privacy

The website sets no cookies and does not track you, and the app reads your documents on your Mac. The privacy page explains both in full.
