If your books are kept in inFakt, by you or by your accountant there, Komplet can send each cost document to inFakt once it is filed in your folders, and show you which invoices reached you through KSeF.

What it does

Filing comes first. The connector adds three things.

Send a cost from the inbox

Once a document is filed in your folders, choose Send to inFakt. Komplet uploads the file to your costs in inFakt, under its readable name, through inFakt’s official API.

  • PDFs, scans and photos
  • A refusal keeps the document in your inbox, with inFakt’s reason and a way to try again

Paid, and your note, sent along

Marked the document paid, or wrote a note about it in Komplet? Both go to inFakt with the file, so nobody types them in again.

  • If inFakt turns either down, you see a warning; the document has still arrived

See what reached you through KSeF

Komplet lists the invoices inFakt has received for you through KSeF, the Polish national e-invoice system, and shows which of them are not among your costs yet.

  • inFakt allows six KSeF listings an hour; Komplet keeps within that and shows what is left
Connecting

Paste one key, once.

You create the key in your own inFakt account. Nobody else holds it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

  1. Check your inFakt plan

    inFakt’s price list includes API access for sole traders on Plus, Komfort and Premium, and on every plan for companies.

  2. Create a key in inFakt

    In your inFakt account, open the settings, then API. Name the key, for example “Komplet on my Mac”, confirm with your inFakt password and tick the permissions Komplet lists.

  3. Paste it into Komplet, once

    In Settings, or when you add your company. Komplet checks it by reading your account, and shows your company’s name and NIP as inFakt knows them.

  4. That’s it

    The key stays in your Mac’s Keychain. To disconnect, remove it in Komplet and delete it in inFakt.

Already using Komplet on its own? Connect inFakt whenever you like: Komplet recognises your company by its NIP, and everything already filed stays where it is.

What it does not do

Your books stay where they are.

Bookkeeping stays in inFakt

Komplet sends the file, not an entry. inFakt reads it on its side, and you or your inFakt accountant check it and book it. Komplet sends no amounts and no exchange rates: inFakt converts foreign currencies itself.

Nothing is sent without your click

Komplet writes only three things to inFakt: the file you send, whether it is paid, and your note. It never changes or deletes anything else there, and it does not issue invoices in inFakt or send anything to KSeF through it.

Your key, on your Mac

Komplet talks to inFakt’s official API straight from your Mac. The key never goes to a server of ours, because there is none.

About Komplet and inFakt.

Which inFakt plan do I need?
One that includes the API. inFakt’s price list shows it for sole traders on Plus, Komfort and Premium, and on every company plan. On Mini, inFakt does not accept cost files at all. inFakt’s own price list is the one to check.
My accountant works in inFakt, but I have no inFakt account. Do I need this?
No. Send them the month package from the free app: it works with any accountant. The connector is for a company that has its own inFakt account. Komplet on its own.
What happens to the file in inFakt?
It appears among your costs as a file, under its readable name. inFakt reads it on its side, and you or your inFakt accountant check it and book it.
What if inFakt turns a document down?
It stays in your inbox with inFakt’s reason, so you can put it right and send it again. If only the paid status or the note is refused, you see a warning; the document itself has arrived.
Why does Komplet say KSeF is off in inFakt?
The inFakt connector shows what inFakt knows about your KSeF invoices, so inFakt’s KSeF integration has to be switched on in your inFakt account. Until it is, that screen says so instead of showing a list. KSeF itself does not need inFakt: Komplet connects to it directly, with your own KSeF token. Komplet with KSeF.
Do I need Connect to use Komplet with inFakt?
For the connection, yes. Connect, 29 zł a month, VAT included, sends your costs to inFakt and shows your KSeF invoices. Without it, the free app still reads and files your documents, and you upload them to inFakt yourself. See pricing.
Is Komplet an inFakt product?
No. Komplet is an independent app. It uses inFakt’s public API with the key you create in your own inFakt account.
