Sign in to the KSeF taxpayer app
The Ministry of Finance’s free app. Sign in with Profil Zaufany, e-dowód or a qualified signature. A company signs in with a qualified seal or a board member’s signature.

Make a token for Komplet
Go to Tokens → Generate token. Name it “Komplet” and tick two permissions: “Wystawianie faktur” (issuing invoices) and “Przeglądanie faktur” (viewing invoices).

Paste it into Komplet
KSeF shows the token only once. Paste it in Komplet and it signs in straight away, so a wrong token is caught now and not on your first invoice. You do this once per company.

It is kept in your Mac’s Keychain and only ever sent to KSeF. Komplet talks to KSeF directly from your Mac: no Komplet server sees your invoices. KSeF tokens stop working on 31 December 2026; Komplet will help you switch to a KSeF certificate before then.

Do I need inFakt or wFirma for this?
No. Komplet talks to KSeF directly from your Mac with your own KSeF token. inFakt and wFirma are separate connectors for people who already use them.
Do I have to use KSeF?
Most businesses in Poland must issue their invoices in KSeF in 2026, with some exceptions and dates that depend on your business. Our guide explains who, when, and what changes: What is KSeF?
What if KSeF rejects an invoice?
Komplet shows it as rejected, with KSeF’s reason. Correct the invoice and send it again.
Can I try it without sending real invoices?
Yes. Connect to KSeF’s practice system (Demo) first: invoices sent there have no legal effect. Make the token in the demo app instead.
Who can see my token?
Nobody but KSeF. The token stays in your Mac’s Keychain and is only ever sent to KSeF. There is no Komplet server in between.
What happens to KSeF tokens after 2026?
KSeF tokens stop working on 31 December 2026. Komplet will help you switch to a KSeF certificate before then.
Will my Google, Adobe or AWS invoices come through KSeF?
KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is the Ministry of Finance’s national e-invoicing system. Komplet is an independent app that connects to it with your permission.
