If you use iCloud, your data can be kept in sync through your own private iCloud account.

You don’t need a Komplet account to use the app. Download Komplet, open it, and start organising your business.
When you send documents to your accountant, or connect Komplet to another service such as inFakt, you are in control.

Nothing, for us. Komplet has no account and no server of ours that receives your data. We do not collect, store, sell or share your documents, invoices, receipts, bank statements, transactions, amounts, clients, suppliers, NIP numbers or any other information you put into the app. The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting code.

These services process what you send them under their own privacy policies. We do not receive a copy.
We keep none of your app data, so there is nothing for us to delete. Your documents stay in your folders until you delete them. To remove everything the app keeps, delete the app and its data from your Mac; to remove its synced records, delete Komplet’s data in iCloud (System Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage). Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer, and deleted on request.
The website sets no cookies and has no analytics, adverts or trackers. It is hosted by Google (Firebase Hosting), which processes your IP address to deliver the pages. Links to official sites (ZUS, the tax office and others) follow those sites’ own rules.
Komplet is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children.
Under the GDPR you may ask us what personal data we hold about you (in practice, only emails you sent us), and to correct or delete it. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
If the app starts to collect anything, this policy will say so before that version is released, with the date above updated. Questions: hello@komplet.app.
