The month arrives in piecesYour client drops each one into Komplet as it comes. It is read, named and filed in the right month on their Mac.

Your client adds the month’s bank statement. Komplet pairs each payment with its document by invoice number, amount, NIP and seller, and checks the statement’s own totals.

Each document goes into your client’s own folders, one per month, under the same kind of name. Folders they already have are read as they are.

Transfers to the tax micro-account and to ZUS are read from the statement and grouped by tax and period, with interest kept apart from the tax.

Does Komplet replace my accounting software?
No. Komplet does not book entries, calculate tax or file anything. It gets your clients’ documents ready: read, named, filed by month and checked against the bank statement. You keep working in the software you use now.
What does it cost my clients?
Nothing, for everything on this page. Connect (29 zł a month, VAT included) is only for clients who want Komplet to connect to KSeF and inFakt. See pricing.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You receive ordinary files: PDFs named by date, seller and number, the statements, Summary.pdf, Summary.csv and a ZIP of it all. The accountant workspace is planned, not built.
Do my clients need a Mac?
Yes. Komplet is a Mac app. There is no Windows, web or phone version, so clients without a Mac keep sending documents the way they do now.
Which banks can it read?
PDF statements from any bank, in Polish or English.
A client runs a JDG and a sp. z o.o. Does that work?
Yes. With Connect, one Komplet keeps both, each with its own folders, bank accounts and suppliers, and each month package is for one of them. The free version keeps one company.
Where are my clients’ documents kept?
In their own folders, on their Mac, in iCloud Drive or in Google Drive. They are read on the Mac, and nothing passes through a Komplet server: there is none.
