Yes. KSeFPro can keep the invoices you receive in KSeF on your Mac, while Komplet gathers everything else, costs, receipts, statements and the invoices you issue, and prepares the month as organised folders with readable names, a summary (CSV and PDF) and a ZIP for your accountant. The two apps do not talk to each other; neither needs the other.

Does KSeFPro issue invoices?
According to its own site, no: it receives your invoices from KSeF and keeps them in sync. To issue invoices you need another tool, such as the Ministry’s app or Komplet.
Do both apps keep my data on my Mac?
Yes. KSeFPro stores its data locally and its App Store label says no data is collected. Komplet reads documents on your Mac and files them into your own folders; there is no account.
Does Komplet keep the books or file tax returns?
