e-mikrofirma and Komplet
e-mikrofirma is the Ministry of Finance’s free tool in e-Urząd Skarbowy: you issue and receive invoices, and it moves them into your VAT register (JPK). For a small VAT payer who wants to stay with official tools, that is a real advantage. Komplet does not keep a VAT register or the books: it is a Mac app that reads cost documents and bank statements on the Mac, matches payments and prepares the month for your accountant. The two cover different parts of the month.
